Devoted exclusively to Kenya, in less than two weeks we touch upon nearly all of the region's highlights, experiencing exceptional wildlife throughout. And, with four flights to expedite travel between locations and maximize time in each game park.

THE BEST OF KENYA WING SAFARI ITINERARY:
Day 1 United States - Europe
Your African Spice Safari begins today as you enplane for Europe.
Day 2 Europe - Nairobi
Welcome to Nairobi . An awaiting Spice Safari Director accompanies you to the Norfolk Hotel or Nairobi Serena Hotel .
Day 3 Nairobi
The excitement begins today with a special Safari Briefing and optional Safari Outfitting. Next is a city tour with a stop at Kiambethu Farm where lunch will be enjoyed in the homestead, hosted by the original settler's granddaughter. We continue to Karen Estates and the Giraffe Centre before returning to our hotel. This evening, we dine at the famous Carnivore Restaurant considered ' Africa's Greatest Eating Experience'. The Carnivore Restaurant is rated as one of the 50 finest restaurants on earth.
Day 4 Amboseli
This morning we fly over the scenic Athi Plains and into the bush country of Amboseli National Park, home to the legendary Maasai tribesmen and famous for huge herds of elephant. An afternoon game run is planned. Overnight at Amboseli Serena Lodge/Ol Tukai Lodge.
Day 5 Amboseli
We awaken today to the sights and sounds of big game country. In addition to elephant, antelope, zebra, wildebeest, buffalo and the rare black rhino, nearly every vista within the park is framed by majestic Mount Kilimanjaro in the distance. Overnight at Amboseli Serena Lodge/Ol Tukai Lodge.
Day 6 Treetop Lodge
This morning we fly to Nairobi and proceed north, driving through lush tea and coffee estates to The Ark/Mountain Lodge. Nestled in the foothills between Aberdare and Mount Kenya National Park , the lodge is famous for its high perches and balconies, overlooking a salt lick and waterhole. Here we will enjoy the finest in high-altitude game viewing.
Day 7 Ol Pejeta Ranch
Today we travel to the exotic Sweetwaters Serena Tented Camp in the secluded heart of Ol Pejeta Ranch and Rhino Reserve. Here, these magnificent beasts are given sanctuary from those who would take their lives to sell their horns. Here too, the Jane Goodall Institute operates a remarkable Chimpanzee Sanctuary where we meet the primates face to- face. Our camp also overlooks one of the busiest waterholes in the area and offers elephant, giraffe and myriad plains game. This is Africa as Teddy Roosevelt saw it years ago when he led one of the first safaris to tour Africa in comfort and splendor. Our tents at Serena Sweetwaters will remind us of this bygone era.
Day 8 Mount Kenya Safari Club
Our destination today is the lovely Mount Kenya Safari Club. This exclusive club offers an experience of refined elegance and luxury, as well as a sense of old Hollywood thanks to its glamorous past. All of the amenities you would expect from a fine establishment are here, including horse stables, golf, trout streams, tennis and sauna. Fine dining, gracious hospitality and superb accommodations are sure to be highlights of our stay. Our accommodations are upgraded to either a spacious suite or delightful cottage.
Day 9 Maasai Mara
This morning we enplane for the Mara, winging west over the dramatic Great Rift Valley to the unspoiled savannah of the Maasai Mara. Many special events are planned here. We stay overnight in the unique atmosphere of the safaris of yesteryear at one of the exclusive tented camps of the Mara. You might also consider a Hot Air Balloon Safari. Overnight at Mara Safari Club/Kichwa Tembo Camp.
Day 10 Maasai Mara
Today we get a closer look at the Mara during two extensive game runs. On the plains are enormous herds of grazing animals plus predators-cheetah and black-manned lion- hiding amidst acacia trees. We also savour a Bush Walk with an expert naturalist guide, experiencing the world of the Mara as if we are one with it. And, during a Maasai village visit, we glimpse life so ancient and yet so enduring that it astonishes. Finally, the pinnacle of our stay, a Bush Cocktail Party at sunset, deep in the heart of the savannah.
Day 11 Nairobi - Europe
After breakfast we fly to Nairobi and check into our hotel enjoying a final day to shop or revisit a favorite site. After dinner, we proceed to the airport for our return flight.
Day 12 Europe - United States
We head for home knowing that while we may leave Africa, Africa will never leave us.
